For us, real estate is personal. It is the work of bringing a place back to life, looking after the details, and treating the people who spend time there with genuine care.

As we grow, we want to carry that same hands-on approach into every property we take on.

Our story

One farmhouse.
A family beginning.

We’re Peter and Christina Scibelli. Scibelli Estates began with a restored farmhouse in Ellenville, turned into a country getaway for people looking for a peaceful retreat.

That short-term rental is where our property story starts: one home, cared for with pride, and a chance to share the countryside we love.

We’re building from that foundation. Our focus is thoughtful growth in the Hudson Valley and Catskills, without losing the personal attention that made us start.
